At BERLOOK, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your sustainable swimwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
